  • Voice Chat & Communication: If you use voice chat, your voice may be collected as part of communication with other players or staff members. These interactions are temporarily stored for in-game purposes but are not used for advertising or marketing.

  • Ensure safety, security, and fair play.

3. Data Retention

  • Personal data and communication records are only kept as long as necessary.

  • Voice chat data is stored temporarily and deleted once no longer needed.

  • Service Providers who assist with game functionality, analytics, and security (bound by confidentiality).

  • Opt-Out of Communications by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us directly.

  • Delete Data by contacting us at ShooHooSP@outlook.com.

If you would like your data deleted, please email support@shoohoorun.com with:

  1. Your in-game username

  2. What data you would like deleted

  3. If requesting deletion of your entire profile, we will delete this from PlayFab, which will remove all stored information.

You may also optionally request deletion via our support Discord: https://discord.gg/8qfqyvGDVw. Please note that this requires a Discord account and is provided as an additional support method, not the primary one.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
